I don't actually own a fax machine, but if you email me the contract, i'll look it over and send you a photo of my signature, You WILL get at the very least, any investment you make in me, returned in full. i'm looking for investments so that i can start up NOW instead of waiting to get my $10 000 inheritance. i can tell you publicly how your investment will be used, in an ideal world, you'd be investing $2000 flat out, but i'm not expecting that. lol here's how it will be divided. step one, i'd buy a proper license to WHMCS so i don't have to worry about making payments to that anymore $324.95 This would eliminate a $15.00/m charge I'd also purchase the Live chat addon $89.95 -one time fee next i'd put money into my NameCheap account, so that Domain registrations will be done automatically, the minimum for that is $50.00, but that's going to pay for it's self, since people buy their own domains. Next i'd lease a dedicated server of my own for 6 months, Then i'd have to decide what i want to do, stay with reseller & just link my node, or move completely to my own dedicated server, Moving would eliminate a $45.00/m fee, but would mean i have to migrate my entire user base, re-install everything, etc etc, I'd probably do this though, because it's that much more independence. I can't give an exact cost for this but it will be a large one. Lets say $1200.00 - Remember this is every half year this brings us to around $1664.90 that gives me 335.10 to "play" with meaning Advertisements, expansions, other small unexpected fees, I'd think about buying the Android app plugin for WHMCS so i can manage everything from my cell phone/tablet. another thing i'd like to do at some point, is pay someone to do a really professional website, so the "Play" money mite be used for that as well This would give me enough to genuinely start making real money out of this company, at the very least, it would pay my rents until i get my $10 000 inheritance, at that point, i'll pay off my student loan ($5000) and depending on how the company is going at that point, either pay back my inverters, or put the rest of it into the company (general expansion & advertisements) Basically, if you want your money back as soon as i can afford it, i'll give it back. If not, you can keep your stocks & potentially make more money. Hope that eases your worry. Originally i was going to work with 2 friends, they would each contribute $1000 & each would own 30% that was ideal because that would mean if one of them disagreed with me, I would still own 10% more than them, so my decision would stand, but if both of them disagreed, their decision would stand. But since you're talking about bringing $2000 yourself, i can't offer you the same scheme because i can't have you owning my company. The i would offer is 40% ownership that's 20% per thousand dollars, In my opinion, that is very fair. if you're genuinely interested in investing in my company we can deliberate more on the percentage over skype or via PM in the osbot chat. I have a website, but it's not finished yet, I just have to work out a bug with the account creation system, & finish adding the package information to the user side of the site.. That would make you majority owner of the company, nobody would give you that because it means you have decision control over everything. Rest assured though, you would receive $2000 worth of shares that would be paid back in full (if you desire to sell them back to me) as soon as i can afford to. either when i get my inheritance or when the business generates it. whichever comes first.

Hello! First of all, thank you for your interest, every view on this thread means a lot to me. I'm not going to go into details publicly, but I'll try and give as much information as I think is safe for me to do. What am I investing in? You're basically investing in the assumption that people are going to continue to need websites. Pretty safe bet, right? if a company doesn't have a website in this day and age, It doesn't stay a company for very long. How much do you need? I need a total of $2000 for the 1st 6 months of server, utilities, setup and other assorted costs. Probably less, but i rounded up heavily to be safe. What is the advantage (to yourself) if I invest in you? I'm not entirely decided on that yet, there will be advantages, Probably, you would own shares of my company, which I would either buy back, or you could sell to someone else for more than what you paid for them once the company gains in size. How safe is my investment? You will not lose your money. 100% guaranteed. I have an inheritance of slightly more than $10 000 coming to me at some point in the near future.(as long as you accept this isn't just a scam) Why do you need inverters then? Because I've been waiting for my inheritance for over a year and a half now, and the sooner I get things started, the sooner i break even, and the quicker i can expand, etc. bigger and better things.. etc etc. Goals: The first thing that needs to happen, is i need to buy the initials. The hardware required will first be rented, (Dedicated server) & all the software i need will be purchased. I'll then take up to 1 month to test everything out to make sure it's all working properly. At that point i'll go live & start offering web hosting. Web hosting is cheap to do, and is in high demand. it's a very safe investment on both of our parts. Now, there is obviously the issue of getting customers. Well, i've thought of that. Manual advertising will be tedious, but it's a must at first. at first i'll direct my advertisements at other communities like OSBot (which will remain nameless). When i have enough customers that i'm starting to make some of the investment back, then i'll start putting down a bit of money for paid ads. again, first on sites like OSBot, and later on huge globally known websites like Youtube, Facebook, etc. If things go well enough, television ads will be a possibility. When it's time to expand, i'll get another dedicated server & start offering more than just web hosting, Vps, reseller hosting (if i'm not already doing that) referral bonus' I also advertise for some choice web developers on my site. (for free) it's simply so that my customers can get reliable work done without having to do a bunch of work tracking down a freelance web designer who doesn't charge an arm and a leg. You'll notice that most of these goals aren't exactly mountains. I feel like it's important to take things slow and carefully, at least at first while I find my place in the business world. but don't get me wrong, I have wild goals for the future involving data centers all over the world. It will be beautiful. Company info: In it's very basics, it will be a hosting provider. Webhosting, vps, dedicated servers, etc. Depending on the technical advancements of the future, possibly expanding to an internet service provider. I also have a related idea that i won't be discussing with anyone which may also be a huge money maker, but i need close to half a million to even start that. Don't have a name yet, if you have a suggestion that i end up using, i'll give you 1% ownership of the company to do with what you want.
