i agree, i think osbot needs to realize not everyone has a lot of spare change out there and then if you include the banning, script malfunctioning and other aspects like that it just isn't fair.

just make sure they're giving you the email thats its registered to and the account. if its a username login then its not necessary, just get the email thats registered to it changed to yours.
