Have them send it from paypal balance as a gift with a note attached that they wont chargeback. Also have them send you their id and the receipt.

Yeah rs07 is still worth playing and the pking is pretty active aswell. As for the botting the ban rates are pretty high, but if you are willing to take the risk that is up to you
