From the research I have done it seems he did scam someone over 2 years ago. He has tried to contact that user and has had no success and within that time has handled a considerable amount of valuables without scamming. Therefore this is being dismissed. Thanks.

Proxy host is the IP of the proxy. Port is the port of the proxy. Username is the username of the proxy's login. The password is the password for it. Last two only apply if you aren't using IP authenticated proxies. You need to use SOCKS 5 proxies with OSBot.
