Obviously a joke or something. The local law enforcement, meaning police, are labeled as "essential," and will still be working during the government shutdown.

That's the point of having it sleep for that amount of time. Check if you're not animating, then wait a second or so, then check again in case it did a check during that delay time.

Why not just do a one to two second check before the cooking method. Like if the player isn't animating, sleep for one to two seconds, then if the player still isn't animating do the method. If the player is animating, return.

Works nicely, however the speed could use a bit of tweaking. Sometimes it stalls from 3-4 seconds without doing anything, hopefully you can do something about that. 150k/hr is nice, but if you can fix that, people could get up to 160k/hr with lobsters. 1 hour:

Sometimes tries to cook while cooking, and then sometimes eats the food. (Could be because of lag) Most of the times can't find the banker when another NPC such as a random event NPC is over it. Hopefully closing the skill interface will be pushed soon. In terms of speed, it works pretty good though, and a lot better than any other cooking script I've used, so I'll be using this to get 99.

Go ahead and use the script for it. See how long your account lasts.

You lose about 10 gp a mithril bar if you go by zybez prices, that's the best from what I can see. (Buying rates for mithril bars, selling rates for ores + coal). Very possible to profit a small bit or break even.

I've got to say, with how old it is and as little modifying I had to do, it works pretty well.

Do the Dwarf Cannon quest on those accounts and make cannonballs. If you have money already to buy bars for them you can make around 125k/hr per account. It's worth the time to set up the accounts if you ask me. From what you've explained you have 3 accounts so it should only take from 1 - 2 hours max to set them up.

Locate the coordinates with the client by walking to them, it'll be much faster if you don't want someone to find it for you (that's probably how they're going to do it anyways).

They're not defined as items in the client, they're npcs as far as I know. Also, there doesn't need to be a dot on the map for it to be detectable, the entity just has to exist in the loaded area.

It failed a random, not my fault, its the osbot clients fault I found someone using my script... You have to support evil chicken yourself, the client can't support every possible place you can be, so there's no built in random solver for it. Add support for evil chicken please.

Well then they could just spoof the http referer header.

If something is done about this, then I recommend using an anonymous referer service like anonym.to or hide my ass's anonymous referrer service instead of removing or censoring the link.
