What's the fastest way to get att/str/def to 99? Bottable prefered I'm assuming it's NMZ, but if so are there any close competitions? Because I'm not looking to spend mills on prayer pots

New accounts get banned so fast too. My friend started 5 new accounts and never even played rs before, and every single on was banned after 3 or 4 days.
