Because you were paid for the first one, there is no issue there. You were not paid for the second one, yet, so you dropped it and scammed what he had on the account + dropped the cape (no evidence that you actually did the service). You have admitted to this, so you must refund the things you took off his account within 48 hours.

From the looks of it, it seems like a scam. He verified he accepted the trade, but we are missing trade logs inside of runescape @Manager has been contacted and has 24 hours to respond.
