It`s a myth, Tuesday is day when they do updates, ban-waves come in every day.

Best case scenario is that they last atleast 24-36 hours, usualy <12hrs, so find a method that can last 24+ hours.

For me it seems like proxies arn`t worth it, the difference between chain ban and banned on proxies barely matter. And sometimes you don`t get chain banned on same IP, sometimes you get chained with proxies, so no idea.
