gp/hr prolly isnt anything special unless u get decent high lvl herbs but i think its up to 120kish thieving xp per hr and 60 farming xp ea time u get squirk in summer

i think if u made a working sorc garden script and had it free say for 2 weeks to get all bugs sorted out then made it premium I'd pay $6 to $12 for it cuz its decent thieving xp and free farming xp each run you do...u even have the option to have it collect herbs instead of squirks...

not sure maybe 2-3m no real notable stats u can suicide that in less then a week...maybe get 99 fletching for extra cash to train with and u'll have a skillcape which imo brings the value up a tiny bit (really easy skill takes like 2 weeks not even) also get mith gloves and and make sure the account is quested cuz that brings up the value aswell so whoever buys doesnt have to waste time questing it

somewhere no ones goes is hard to find...most dont share their secrets umm think of a place were u do a quest in a remote location and go there on a pvp world were no one would go to....like hazeels cult kinda place but remember in pvp world u CAN be killed and lose ur shit but its a good risk imo (now ppl will prolly look for u there to kill u btw)
