I sure hope not, I use a USB dongle for internet as I am too far away from my exchange and every time I disconnect/reconnect I am assigned a new IP address...

I had 4 banned over night, 2 still running. Logged on both of my mains and no ban. Logged on to other account get dced instantly then permed. People have a lot of theories... All the same IP btw
