Bro I msged engima as soon as I logged in about the fury and he didn't reply. Engima knew I didn't know the worth of the acc, and he stalled until BP is up. Just check the old dispute we had. He recovered and waited 3 days because of "work" and handed it to me with no bank pin and no worth. The bank did have those capes, so that screenshot seems like it was indeed Mistamo's.

Before he starts boasting about a 30M bank, he gave permission to keep everything on the account. The only notable things I got were tentacle, dlegs, d boots, warrior ring. Maybe obby cape, but i don't remember.

It is. I logged in with no pin, and fury gone. I asked about the fury as you can see as soon as I logged in acc, but he never replied to me for i think 3-4+ days.

After considering this, I realized after I got the account when Mistamo opened the PA dispute, the account was locked before Mistamo started the osbot dispute(as shown by my first post here)... Mistamo can't lock it and I obviously wouldn't since I had it... I thought Engima was legit but it seems he's taking advantage of the situation. He first said there was a fury on the acc when he recovered for me and Mistamo said he'll dispute on PA, so engima gave me the acc. But there was a glory on it, and I sent him a msg as soon as i logged in and never ever got a reply (for a week) before this dispute started. Also I logged onto the account with no bank pin, he recovered and waited it out before handing it back to me. Of course I don't know what was in there since it was Mistamo's bank(which is probably why Engima thought he could get away with it easily), but you can go on the old dispute and see him stall before giving it to me, saying he has work after like days of recovering the account.

That's where my concern lies... There are 2 disputes open regarding this and the outcome of one is dependent on the other. It doesn't make sense for something happening on one, and something else happening on the other. It seems like, only now are you touching on all my points from my first post on this thread... And engima says he is having problems recovering it. He also posted about this early on. And please understand that the account is not in my possession. Yes, it WAS when Mistamo filed the dispute on PA, but it's locked now, and I have no way to obtain it. So it's safe to say it's not in my possession.

You're right. I am not denying that. No need to "prove" anything. I DID have access, I've mentioned this in my previous posts. The reason I had access is because Mistamo filed a dispute with PA to get his money back. So if I told engima to register the email to his, he'd walk away with both the account and money. Also, I'm not really sure on what's going on with PA, but I tried going on today to see where the dispute on there is going, and turns out my account on there is suspended... I sent an email as to why, but it seems Mistamo is progressing with the dispute there too to get his money(While he didn't even mention anything here, lol). I'm new to playerauctions, so I'm not really sure what this means, but if I got suspended, then it probably means the dispute is over and he's in the process of a refund. This is just speculation though, as I'm not experienced with PA. I'll post the reply I get from my message as to why. (Funny how I find this out on my own, while Mistamo is posting here about getting the account back).

I agree that there is no reason for engima to be in TWC. I bought it from him and it was a smooth process and we encountered no problems until I resold it. No one is even accusing him... He's just been dragged into it again. I also don't understand why I am in TWC given my first post on this thread. I provided evidence of every single thing I've claimed. Just because someone disputes another and puts up a few screenshots doesn't automatically mean the users in question should be put in TWC... Honestly, this whole dispute could be understood from the proof I posted about the OP impersonating a PA rep. Think about it. Someone that's innocent wouldn't try solving the dispute with illegal ways. They'd file a dispute and have staff look at the situation so they can have whatever they want at ease. He put himself at risk because he is a scammer. Who would drop $1k usd on rs accounts in under a month? Obviously some fishy shit is going down when you put the pieces together.

I read the insurance policy and invite everyone involved in this case to do so... The buyer can't be scammed lol. I spent over an hour making my first post on this thread... It has tons of evidence so it's not fair if it's just overlooked. Nonetheless, I'll provide a short summary like you asked. Explanation: I sold the account on PA like Mistamo is saying. However, it has a 1 year insurance package on it. This means that he can get his money back. He's saying his refund request is denied but you can look at the email he showed, and it's clear the ruling is not final. Insurance is insurance, it means he can get his money back(feel free to go on PA site and look at insurance policy). What I suggest is he is waiting to get the account back, and then go forth with the PA dispute to refund his money to keep both the account and money. I don't have the account, if you want to teamview or skype screenshare, I will do that and show you if my screenshots aren't enough(PM me for teamview info or whatever you'd like to use if you want to forth with that). I'm not the original owner so I can't even unlock it(I bought it originally from Engima). Please don't just ignore my other posts though. If there is actual proof and reassurance that you can't take back the money you paid, then I'll happily come to terms with whatever you like. I want to make it clear for everyone reading this one more time. PA is a site made solely for selling/buying. They have their own dispute system with professional staff that handle this. This dispute shouldn't even be allowed on here. And like I said, if you guys want to go to their website and read about the insurance system, by all means, I invite you to do that. 1 year insurance means the buyer has safety of a refund for one year, so it's impossible for him to get scammed. What I think he is doing is refunding and hoping to keep the account by the owner not knowing correct recovery info, such as in my case. I mean, is it possible that all the people he got "recovered" from are stupid and have no idea what "+ 1 YEAR INSURANCE" means? There is a dispute opened about this in PA and he isn't even replying to it because he's bringing it here. This doesn't even make any sense... This has ate a big chunk of my time to put this together and I have an exam friday. So I don't know if I can spend an hour doing this again, so I'm sorry if I'm not available right away.
