you should use a Private socks 5 proxy, the proxy is private to you and will not be used by anyone else. dissclaimer: You do not know for what the proxy has been used before.

A proxy is a fresh ip to start of, this can reduce your banrate if your home ip is flagged. but you will get banned again on the proxy by a change of 98 precent. i recommend using a proxy cause ip track banning, always hide your home ip adress.
