I bot about 6-10 hours a day split up into about 2 or 3 hour segments. I've never been banned yet....knock on wood.
  5. Yup, there is no proof that any of this stuff is real, an idiot could of wrote the bible for all we know! Using your own logic, I am going to assume that you also believe that Julius Caesar did not exist either, I mean any idiot could have wrote historical documents saying he existed. That Abraham Lincoln guy, naw he's made up too. Napoleon, ya he never existed either, same with Alexander the Great, because anyone can write a story about them. It's historically proven that Jesus was a real person, and if you chose to believe otherwise, then you must also not believe in any historical figure older than say 100 years ago. The facts don't even come from Christian sources so you cant claim a bias. Polytheistic Roman figures such as Tacitus, Suetonius, and Pliny the Younger agreed that he was real and used evidence. I'm a history major and I study things like these. Now you can debate that he is not the "son of god", but anyone who outright denies he existed is just plain stupid and has no historical knowledge. A man walking the world doing some harry potter shit?, seems real. believe what you want to believe you can't to force people into believe in something that don't think that it is real, if "God" is real why do so many people go to bed hungry and die from dirty water? Ask your so called god that. Why would he make so many people go without any food or water, If Jesus could feed like thousands of people with 2 fish and a loaf of bread, why can't they give them people that? I never said anything about Jesus doing anything extraordinary, or magical. I'm just saying that there was a man called Jesus of Nazareth who did exist at the time that the bible says he existed, which has to at least give it at least some credibility. You don't have to believe anything in the bible if you don't want to, and no one is forcing you to, certainly not me, because I don't even believe everything it says in there. Obviously no one can answer your question, but I will take my best guess at it, and it's still just a complete guess, so try not to tear me up too hard. I'd say if God gave everyone everything they wanted, then that would kinda defeat the purpose of "heaven" where it is meant to be an eternal paradise. Also according to the church, humans are guilty of sin that we didn't even commit, which of course is the "original sin" from Adam and Eve disobeying God. Also humans were given freedom of choice, so most bad things that go on in the world are a result of human choice, and nothing to do with the lack of God. People in third world countries today don't have the things that we have in developed countries, mostly because for hundreds of years we exploited their people and resources and left them with nothing. Had those people been left alone by Europeans and American colonizers, then I believe they would overall be in a better place today. There is also poor and hungry people due to warfare, which is again outside of God's control, because humans decide to wage war, because they have the choice to. Yet again this is just my best attempt to answer your question and it is strictly my opinion with no real evidence to back it up.

Sure, but there is 0% proof of God, and a whole lot more proof for science. Over 3.6 billion people would probably disagree with that, but I am not one of them. I'm not going to debate religion on a forum about Runescape. If people want to believe in flying unicorns, good for them, I support their right to, just as I support Christians, Muslims, Jews, and Atheists, etc., as long as they respect my beliefs.

Everyone just needs to calm down and respect peoples beliefs. Obviously one can't prove God is real, that's why its call faith. You also cant prove God isn't real either. Seriously, people mock the story of creationism, but they have no problem believing that everything in the universe came from a magical explosion that somehow just appeared out of nothing, and then we all descended from fish. That sounds just as silly when you put it that way, so we should stop mocking others beliefs, please and thank you.
  9. I remember back in high school my teacher showed us a math formula that everything was correct and the answer was 1=2. Math makes no sense, just accept it.

Very nice topic. Glad to see you have faith.
  11. Whats up everybody! I created my account a while back, but never posted. (what a loser right?) Anyways this is a real nice community, and an awesome website so I decided to come out of the shadows and introduce myself. I'm a 20 year old college student who recently started playing runescape again after quitting in 2010. Anyways, i'm here to stay and now that I introduced myself, I hope to lose my lurker status by beginning to post.
  12. Thank you kindly!
