People get testers for scripts due to the fact that there could be bugs that they have not seen. Running a script from only one point of view is good, but if you have more people working on it you can get rid of bugs faster and create new ideas for the script

Top staking crews to join (teamspeak addresses and min requirements to join) - No idea. Probably not something thats public for randoms to join.
