If vInsert admins want to be corrupt and hack their members, they deserved to be charged back. Also as crazed said, don't bother filing a police report. If he starts to aggravate you, find his skype. It's not solely for the purpose of money making from pickups, it's low level combat training. The bank is too far away from the cow field anyway.
