  1. fix, paid $5 for barely functioning script
  2. Are you sure it was through a report or jmod? I worry because there has been a lot of speculation that after you get the 2 day ban and you've initially been "caught", Jagex can then detect if you use the bot again. It seems like this is a trend.
  3. Title says it all, but in different words, can the Runescape 2007 anti-bot system detect that an account is using a client, or does it detect simply through "non-human" behavior.
  4. I'm curious about this too. My main got a two day macroing moderate ban aswell, and I'm wondering how careful I should be from now on. Does anyone have experience with getting banned once and then continuing to do so in the future? If I do, it wont be right away and I will likely change my IP.
  5. Thanks for the responses guys. I think I'm going to avoid botting for a couple weeks in order to manually get 94 mage and a few other goals. When I start again I'm going to be quite careful. Shit, now what am I supposed to do for the next two days? HOMEWORK???
  6. Hi osbot, I was banned today on my zerker pure account for macroing moderate. I am going to lay out as much information as possible and I'm hoping someone can provide me with advice for the future. General info: Account is around 7 years old, only started playing 07 in late August. Since then, I've botted 85 str, 85 magic, and almost 1200 total level and I'm sitting on 170 quest points. Botting info: For the past week I've had a pretty regular schedule for botting. Over night, I've used an autostunner in the tzhaar fight caves to train magic. I take no breaks (since it requires a safespot) but I generally have it shut off after 5-6 hours. In the morning, I start it back up again for another 5-6 hours. Around 3-4 pm, I'll play legitimately for a bit (staking, pking, questing) and then I babysit a yak or ankou bot (paid) for another few hours. I am almost always active in the chat. Come 10 pm (or so) I turn my tzhaar curse bot back on. What changed: Last night, I needed more runes so I ran xmautobuyer for about 5 hours at the pest control island, hopping and buying runes. Today I ran my normal 5-6 hours of magic training. What could be the culprit here? I haven't ran the autobuyer in a few weeks, so my best bet would be on that (very fast click rate, no movement aside from buying runes then hopping). When I bot ankous, I make sure every random is done quickly and I don't let it get stuck. When other players are around, like I said I tend to chat. For the future: I intend to A: cease botting for a week once I'm unbanned, or least revert to only while I'm babysitting with actual breaks. B: If the ban becomes permanent, I will an email appeal method with some bullshit like I got hacked (will change IP) or I have autism. Does anyone have any insight or advice? This account is way to close to being a perfect zerker for me to get perm banned. I'd like to play it safe but I really dont have the time to legitimately gain skills. What do?
