Terms of Service & Refund / Return policies (Last updated: Mar/2/2025)
1. Unless requested or specificed otherwise, we outsource gold delivery.

2. We may cancel a sale process, thereupon providing a full reimbursement.

3. We must receive the outright payment for accounts to be delivered, encompassing network fees / current 07 gold rates.
     *Customer must verify network compatibility before sending any [crypto] payment.

4. Unless agreed or stated otherwise, once a sale is completed we aren't responsible for changes to account status.

5. Unless specified otherwise, we don't provide nor hold accounts' recovery information.

6. Customer qualifies for a refund may their product be objectively faulty.

7. Customer qualifies for a refund may their product be innacessible or avowed unrecoverable by us; up to 1 month post-purchase.
     *This applies solely for the runescape account; getting your email locked / forgetting the password / disabled jagex account, are not valid reasons to request a refund nor our assistance.
     *For accounts sold with email, we must retain access for the first month. Refusal to comply forfeits the right to a refund.

8. Customer qualifies for lifetime support for: account locks, ban appeals, email changes (if we kept the linked email), recovery form submissions. Within reason!!
     *This doesn't extend any refund period or guarantee a result.

9. You must periodically review our Terms of Service & Refund / Return policies; changes will be effective one month after being updated.
     *May you have concerns about recent changes, we encourage prompt communication within the one-month period to reach an amicable solution.

The abovementioned rules can be over-ruled by the ones quoted below.

1. If a user buys a service that is not completed fully within the time period set, they can request a refund unless valid proof is given.
2. The buyer does not have rights to a refund if they have received what they've paid for.
3. A seller is not at fault if a buyer trades an impostor unless stated otherwise.
4. A seller/buyer can always refuse doing business with anyone.
5. A seller or buyer is not responsible for any bans/mutes that may occur on an account unless stated otherwise.
6. If a buyer changes their password, logs in mid-service, or cancels the service, the seller has the right to stop the service without refunding.
7. You are allowed to have a T.O.S on any thread, as long as they do not loophole the ones stated here.
8. These T.O.S can be changed at any time at an Administrator's discretion
