It's based on a % of your HR. And fasting cardio is awesome, like 3x more effective awesome, but only if you get up and get your ass out the door. If you wait even like 20 minutes, you lose the benefit. Something to do with the hormones that are highest when you wake up, then normalize. You shouldn't' even be doing more than half an hour anyway too.

it's not about being tough; you're exercising your heart at that point, and I'm sure you know that you need rest time just as much as you need real exercise. If you're not resting, you're just fatiguing the muscle and not letting it repair. Plus, that's your heart dude. If you're sleeping like 13 hours a night, I'd feel differently.

That's the sorta cardio that you should only do 1once or twice a week spread out; 90-95% of your HR is 'stress' on your heart, but will make it stronger. You also shouldn't be in this range for more than 5-15 minutes at a time.

Don't worry about the admiral pie as much as handfishing It was just a neat way to boost xp; i'm not sure about the mechanics of it either, but what if you caught fish faster simply by being under admiral pie? If i were to add it for barb fishing, you'd load like 14 admiral pies (good for 28 boosts), and count the timer when it wore off, then eat another pie. I think the xp/hr would more than make up for only being able to drop as many as you have. perhaps exclude half eaten and admiral pie from things you drop, and ifavailable, eat half or full every x ticks -edit- when will it be added into the script for handfishing?
