Not sure if you read OP BUT I want to stop people from bumping too much by adding a 12 hour bump button at top of thread. Also this thread specifically was made to stop posts joining to the original post. People should not being getting post count for marketplace and not able to bump their thread with a reply. The only way it gets bumped is if someone else messages on it OR you hit the 12 hour bump button. The reason I hate it when my 2nd post on a thread is joined to the OP is because it looks like trash. I make my threads look good but then I have a bunch of other stuff I wanted to say under my nice layout ? Example: A person couldn't post in my shop so they private messaged me the order form. I then screenshot and pasted it into my shop. Because your post merges to your OP (if no one replies after OP or any post but I really just care about OP) and now I have my shop layout looking fine but then some guys order form at the bottom of it. Initial post or OP (original, opening post)is the only post I want to be immune to merging posts to keep the layout nice and organized.

It's not a build up of removeable items. It's basically like a script writer doing the following; V1.0 - walks faster - more stable v2.0 - banks cats - eats catnip They are updates to the shop but when it adds to main post the whole flow gets messed up or if a post is added to another just looks wrong.

EDIT: Maybe bump button should be every 12 hours.

Honestly. Rules for Marketplace: 1. Your own posts don't bump thread. 2. Your own posts do not merge to older posts above. 3. You may bump your thread by pushing the bump button every 24 hours. 4. Your forum gets a bump when a customer posts an order. (since it's a new post) The other day I posted an update not a bump on my thread. My shop was on the 2nd page for awhile. Right after I updated my thread. There was like 5 other people that just posted "bump" on theirs and mine got pushed down again lol.

The buyer couldn't post because the thread was locked. They had 30 posts so we both thought that Services section requires 100 posts+ because everyone else had 100 posts+. Regardless, just make post counts not count in Market then. Why do you care of someone spams? Give them a warning. It's pretty easy to see if someone was bumping their shops a bunch of times. Kati should add the bump button that allows you to bump every 24 hours.... Well said.

This is 4 posts over like 1 week. I tried to screen shot an order and post it for someone and it adds to my main posts and looks like garbage. I won't let this go by as something to prevent spam because it is such an inconvenience for shops and the customers.

Don't tease IE and have it pinned to task bar then.
