Is it safe, it all matters it is all different, all matters who made it. Common ingredients are heroine, cocaine, acid, THC extract, and other harmful drugs. To be honest the ACT is quite easy, I have taken it once and made a 29 (frankly i am not the sharpest tool in the shed easier) I've always been a C and B student. I am at a small private school that is challenging and meant for the gifted ( I am there on athletic aid). You wont find much challenge with the ACT, its like a easier SAT and shorter if I remember correctly.
