First of all we never decline a refund, however live chat agents can't process refunds so they ask to email an admin of the website to process the refund. As per checking, yes we did have a small stock shortage but this lasted around 47 minutes and after that all orders were delivered.
Would like to see some proof of his claims about us "scamming" "his friend".
