Add skype to the method of contacts on a persons profile? Can reduce scam attempts by verifying that the person you're talking to is the same member on Osbot, and most people use skype as their preferred contact method anyways

I'm not really sure what the issue is, but i can try doing it for you? I'd just go through talking to every NPC in the quest up to your current point, im sure i could find out myself, but i hope that fixes your issue

They might rise in the down time - when theyre not being dropped. I mean you have to wait a whole year to get new ones into the game, so they wont be rare but theyll be limited. Santas might be in demand like, a year from now when christmas passed and people want them but have to wait 4 months for another drop
