How are you avoiding bans?

Caught a temp ban after just 1.5hrs using stealth injection, is it worth trying again but only using mirror mode or will they still pick up on that? Don't particularly want to lose my acc and the ban says if caught again it will be perm... I know botting carries its risks, just after advice please
