    Hi, I got banned on my 15 year-old veteran account after less than 7 hours after purchase - around 4 hours botted. Never botted before, still got banned. I'm currently in China, using VPN (location Europe) to unlock Facebook, Youtube,... Is this what made it suspicious? Refund possible?
