May I have a trial? whats a ideal run time and how long breaks should be?

I first used blowpipe but after using karil crossbow with the bolt racks I get as rewards I have definitely noticed a increase in profit margins.

So if I'm using trident, how do I set it to where it will change to karil crossbow for ahrim?

Did 2 runs and died even with 91 range 49 prayer 42 def

So everything goes smoothly until jad. Doesn't even turn on prayer and just dies.
