I'm muslim so I think I can help you out! In the Quran It states that a muslim woman can not marry a non-muslim man, but a muslim man can marry a non-muslim woman. This is so because the man of the house is usually the controller of the affairs at home and greatly influences the children. Honestly I think of Buddhism as a way of life. I know some Muslim Buddhists myself. MIDDLE EASTERS WILL MARRY MIDDLE EASTERS 99% OF THE TIME. Trust me. To be honest if she is really muslim she shouldn't be dating you. Its a social norm nowadays. Have you ever tried looking into Islam? Nothing harsh or personal but being straight forward this is not going to work out in your favor probably.
