I think everything is resolved now, refunded the service + refunded the cleaned bank. Only tried to speed up the service, but I did not think good enough about it. Details: I know messed up with the service with this user, everything was going good and smooth. I tried to speed up the service with this guy, but I kinda fucked it up, with no bad intentions. Also, his neutral has been removed where I am okay with. I did train his account got around 30m free leveling, I refunded every single gp of it.
