Don't sell accounts that you don't originally own because if they are recovered by the original owner than it makes you look like the scammer and you will have to refund. Let's say the staff did decide if you weren't the original owner then you wouldn't be held accountable then everyone would account scam and say they it wasn't them and no punishment could be done as everyone would say "I wasn't the original owner"
