1-52 construction is 2-3 hours
from 52-82 mahogany tables - 500-700k/hr
?
82 construction is 2.3m xp if im correct out my head?

No, your expecting 100-200m price tags when it literally is only a account with high construction and then a few stats, its not worth more then 50.
construction 1-82 takes around 8-10 hours
