i dont even taking breaks and i bot 20/7 i have been banned one time for macroing and that was in year 2010 on rs3 d claw pure i using these methods sometimes i manualy say somthing in friend chat or spamm click npcs/ objects.

just use avast,i my self not using antivirus its just slow down the computer i just run malware scann evry week and im fine.
