I have been lifting for well over a year now got some really good gains but now im finding it hard to bypass them my diet is not amazing but its better than most peoples who are much bigger so just wondering if anyone else has considered using them and if so any luck and was the side effects worth the gains and what you people think i should do thanks for all your help
