If he wants to return back to OSBOT, I believe that this should be one of the debts that he must pay. In regards for SnowMan, I still believe that he may give me the money. However I would like to leave this dispute open so If anything changes, you guys will know if he should be banned perm or if he should be unbanned in the case that he does refund.
