    4th looks good now. Only thing that bothers me now is the "I". Try chaning it back to regular letter and leave the "T" as it is now. Works well when its centered and gives a good focal point to the logo. Now the "I" drags your eyes attention to the right side of logo.

    Lower the opacity of the city reflection a bit. I'd work with the "i" and the idea behind it further
