40gp/xp Excuse the TWC: Had to refund someone who traded a imposter on sythe. You can read about it there if you wish. Should be unbanned there in about a week hopefully which would result in removal of TWC here. During this time, using a middleman is completely acceptable and understandable.

He didn't even attempt to contact me.. so I'm not being paid for the service I already completed?.. As I already mentioned the person traded a imposter previously, which I have no control over. But I even stated in the dispute I would refund if need be.

As for the removal of the gold, I do this with alot of my clients to give myself safety. Many times people get more than one service done at a time through various people and the only way to protect myself from that is either they have different passwords or mule the gold themselves. If I were to scam a meager 8m, I would have taken the other 4m in supplies as well wouldn't I? I dont believe that just getting paid for 20 str is fair at this point because he decided to cancel the service 3 days in, especially if we are going by what is stated in the Terms and Conditions, which would make sense.

As for the sythe, it was banned because he traded an imposter (I will get this sorted out when the person decides to add me back on skype). The person I did that trade with also somehow got information to my main staker acc (which I am assuming through one of the scripts that I had bought through one of his close friends, however nonetheless completely unrelated and Jon didnt even contact me before changing the information to the account. I offered to refund the 8m as well as finish the service if he changed information back. But again, if we are following osbots terms of service, no refund should be given for his actions.

The timeframe was 2 weeks, he has been pestering me daily since I got information to the account.. pretty much verbally abusing me and talking me down. According to the Osbot Terms of service, which he as broken it states the account cannot be logged into nor can the password be changed during the service or no refund will be given. I can refund the 8m but I would like the account because if we didnt use a middleman I would keep the account.
