NO it doesn't, feedback adjusts the price people are willing to pay for it. There for saying it's worth 40m+ wouldn't be correct considering no one would buy an account from a non reputable person. Although he would have better luck getting 40m if he say had 20 or 30feedback.

I feel you, I did the same with trading coins. I place my sell price for which I feel comfortable with the profit, and sells same day which is great, but then I see the prices going way above what I expected... Like people are saying, profit is profit.
