thanks for the reply i was just confused about the whole situation so like you said my ip is dynamic, does this mean restarting my modem is as effective as buying a proxy or im a still wrong?

How is buying a proxy any different to restarting your modem and your ip being changed that way can someone please explain it to my ignorant ass.

Well i could be wrong so sorry if i am. But im pretty sure the top teams players can't be part of the all stars team and tsm is the top team atm so yeah.
