You have to bot them on a proxy or a different IP, When you are banned you can put in an E-mail to Jagex that you have been hacked. This is only a small chance that you will get unbanned. Perm bans never expire

I just got this account back after I had botted it in 2014. Only very strange thing is, I was maxed combat with around 1750 total. When I got the account and logged in I had 40 combat with no quests and no other stats
