Nevarrrr, the quest is to finish all quests inside of the game for the most legit cape EVARRRR. Plus Quest Cape can be enjoyable, more enjoyable then cooking sharks for a week or fishing dropping stuff nonstop imo. P.S. Just wait for that Achievement Diary Cape, AKA DEATH TO ALL RS PLAYERS CAPE
