i've got a level 70ish account with like 60/60/50 or something, it's over 10 years old, origanal owner, has whip and a few other items on it

Looking for level 3 with 70-99 fishing ( if has 15-45 agility even better )

I'm looking for an obby mauler that has barbed its strength level to 60+ with low hp
