You always run the risk of getting banned on an account if you're botting. Don't risk it if you don't want to lose the acc.

I'm wondering how much people think I'd be able to get for this account either through selling it to another account seller for them to re-sell or selling it myself.

I don't think an account seller will touch the account especially if you have 0 rep and 0 posts here.
Maybe post a screenshot of the stats with some of them blanked out? A picture of the untradables too and a picture of your bank.
