OT: If you're doing weights and want to gain slight muscle, keep the weight low and do more reps, if you were looking for size and strength then increase the weight each week by 1.25kg or more depending on how fast you want to proceed. Cardio is great to start on. Main tip... Never count on how long you've been there, you go when you're done not when your time is up.... If you're wanting to tone your body, keep doing abs etc, if you're not bothered about having stronger abs, you can train abs while being on other things such as bench press, you train your core by being on the bench.

its based on alot, they don't go around just checking wether you're talking or not, Jagex checks for actions and clicks etc, if more people are doing more enough the same movements and actions with the paths etc, then they can just watch your account and then ban you at any minute, its not based on times or skills etc, basically bot smarter and change your routines every so often, play legit for a few hours, do quests, do stuff differently etc.

I've not used the mirror mode once and i'm still playing, nearly maxed in a few stats and all stats are mostly over 40+ so... If you're going to bot, just do it smartly mate.

I would personally use a Proxy. Iknow you don't like using VPS but they are very helpful too.
