How long do you run it and what days do you run it? Any Breaks, if so, when? Im currently at 96 and worried to continue and risk it.

False. 66 range + mage is the highest he can go before his acc is "ruined". Passed 66 its no longer melee based and he'll start gaining CB levels.

Would it be safe to get a bond on an account that i've been botting on and off with for the past week WITHOUT getting banned? Is it possible that a ban is coming or they just havent caught me? I do not want to get a bond just to log in the next day to see my acc is banned.

Seems like Jagex has gotten better with bot detection...
