Yes, I didn't write it as a scam dispute because I don't mind lending people money if they ask for a loan but he pretended to buy gp instead. And besides that he was supposed to be disputed at least by the 2 people he owed money before me. I wrote this so he doesn't "buy" more gp.

tldr: wherever this guy "dark asylum" is he was suppose to dispute @SnowMan and be moved to TWC since he owes him 130m. Asked to buy 30m gp via BTC from me in chatbox earlier. Don't use debug mode unless it's necessary, it will not buy the required items if you do so and it will encounter errors if you don't have the required items, like in this case

Rantz gives the player a bow once he fails to catch the bird, are you running the OSBot dev build (2.4.104)? The only possible cause may be something interrupted the bird from spawning, like another player running around there after the bot drops the toad and lost the toad

The widget debugger also displays actions if you scroll down a bit. If there is no "Make 10" action present in there then chances are that you are not trying to interact with the right widget. Using left and right clicks instead of methods like interact will always be more accurate when interacting with widgets.

Completed quests are not displayed on the GUI. I am aware of this issue happening in some cases where people do Goblin Diplomacy manually because they manage to somehow complete the quest differently, but I haven't found out what they do different from the script.
