How does one change said IP address?

I'm saying its dynamic, because that is what Cox told me it was. Businesses get static IP addresses and normal users get dynamic.

I have tried calling my ISP and they say I need to leave my modem unplugged for 24hrs. I'd rather not be internetless for 24hrs.

I have tried unplugging both the router and modem overnight and I have tried to change the MAC address on my router. Both failed to change my external IP address. I have Cox internet if that helps. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it.

Can I run osbot on multiple computers using mirror mode? I ask this because proxy settings are not supported yet and I want to bot on multiple accounts, but with different IPs. I don't want my account on here to get banned for trying to login to multiple computers.
