nope you cant send money as gift with it through paypal at all you cannot buy credits with it even on this website using it as paypal card or just using the giftcard itself so im guessing its limited to very few sites you can spend it on like amazon. Im just letting other people know so they know its not going to work the way you want it to.

SO after an hour of trying to get this freakin card on my paypal or to buy anything with it i find this on the egift site saying Transactions for online gambling sites, adult websites, money transfer services, PayPal, and recurring bill payment will be declined. ^^^^^ also saying you cant transfer the money.
