How do you know that? .. just bcs someone reports you while botting doesnt mean you get banned the next day or dont. a report will be send to weath to his "list" which he has mentioned a lot of times. he will go through the list someday. if he detects you or not is just depending on your "bot behavior"..script.. etc etc. those are just facts that he mentioned a few times. so the real answer is, yes you may get banned or not.

noone here on osbot or anywhere else can tell you that. because noone here works for jagex we only can assume.

It only works if you got a dynamic IP. it wouldnt work with a static IP

the e-mail is unregistered . so can be changed and not possible to recover
