I don't know the full situation but if a Global Mod is caught scamming then yes, the person has to be stripped off his title. Not for the person himself but for the sake of the integrity of the staff team. Having a Global Mod who is now known for scamming gives a false sense of security and makes the community question how legit the staff actually is, something like this could easily lead to something bigger which will then turn into a neverending snowball. By removing the person off his title they are showing that they are strict and take the community seriously and want to provide the best staff service possible. In the end of the day we're their customers and our content is their primary goal

Also, once you grab a couple customers make sure you ask them more than once to leave feedback and vouch for you, once you gather a fair amount start your own service thread. All that said, best of luck Edit: Not to disrespect Trustmybet but I don't recommend joining a service for now. Get a taste of the leader role were you have direct interaction with the customer so you gather up better experience that way and THEN join a service when you feel confident
