No he's not. I got my signature from him which I'm okay with but my thread layout is terrible I asked him to make changes for me but he continued to ignore my messages on skype so I deleted him entirely. I waited nearly 2 weeks for him, worse service. 07

You may as well just stab someone and take their wallet, you'd probably earn more then just $5 that way.

Why make it sooner? --------------------------------- Not worth taking someone's live, think of it as if you were taking your mothers live with the press of that button. Looking to pay 5-7M on an avatar, thread layout and team banner for my AIO service. Must be someone experienced, I am flexible with how the design can look as long as it looks nice. I would prefer it to be animated, also it should be someone who can change things for me whenever I need for free. The changes will obviously be small changes like price change on thread or a name removal or adding someone name to thread. If the GFX does not meet my expectation I simply wont pay. I agree, in order to open up a service you should have at the minimum 100 post counts.. it's really not hard to get. However they should still be able to use the market section in case they need a service themselves.
