Is there any kind of timeframe you can provide us for the rest of the refund?
Sorry, I'm not giving R1sky anymore. I can't afford it, and as a service owner, I don't earn very much at all. All I get are 10% of orders and that doesn't amount to much. 9M is all I can afford and I've given that to R1sky. Runes cost 1.5m so the 500k extra is goodwill.

I apologize R1sky, i have really bad college hours, from 2pm - 9pm. Travel time is 2hrs to and from my house. By the time I get home, Im burnt out and not thinking properly. I recently received and updated my Java to Runtime 51 and RS refused to load. Know that i had no intention of any shady behaviour. I will be back at approx. 11pm. I will keep in contact with you on Skype whenever possible.

He is not a worker per say. He is more a co-owner as he shares in the profit I make, however little that may be. However, I can see how staff and other members of the community would see otherwise.
I guess the only recourse would be for me to get banned. I simply do not have the funds to refund the user. It seems that opening a service is not without the risks. It's just sad that I have offered my services with complete transparency and honesty only to get banned in such a manner.
I will talk to @chwy14 and try to get this resolved.

However the way you need to think - If he does "give" real evidence, and Captain is a worker of yours then you are liable. @Orange scammed also, this is now getting stupid.
He is not a worker of mine, a partner is different. He is not getting paid for doing services. Instead, he is getting a share of the profit that I earn in exchange for helping me run the service.
