i would reccomend a guth host account to make money, there are a loooot of mtd and demon hosts.

I think when theres no fees for certain countries sending them its much smaller they cover it, but if its not they just make up excuses and dont pay the fees

if your on windows i beleive search random.dat in the search bar and right click - properties and click read only. this will allow you to multilog on up to 11 accounts i beleive:)
